Updates for Recent Graduates
Due to the current government shutdown and the resulting lapse in appropriation funding, our office is temporarily unable to process June & September graduation-related documents, including diplomas, transcripts, and degree verifications. We understand the importance of these materials and we will resume processing as soon as funding is restored. Please check this page for updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Generally, final graduate documents (diploma and/or certificate) will be distributed electronically and by mail approximately 90 days after the month of graduation. If entered in Python, students will receive an email/SMS Text from Parchment with instructions to download/share their digital credentials and when printed documents will be mailed. Our Mission
Our mission is to provide seamless academic support services to all NPS students, faculty, staff and alumni.
Our academic records services include course registration, transcripts, enrollment and degree verifications, processing of grades, diplomas, course evaluation forms (CEFs), and production of the Academic Catalog.
We also provide class scheduling, administrative support to the Academic Council, enrollment reporting as well as continued development of technology related to student administration.
We are committed to responsive and courteous customer service and to the integrity, accuracy and security of all academic records.
