Classroom
We would like to provide an important update regarding AV support and IT service requests:
For all AV-related requests, please contact x6911 directly. This line is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is the primary contact for audiovisual support. AV support requests do not require ticket creation through the TAC system—simply call x6911 for assistance.
For all other IT-related services, such as problem resolution, new computer equipment, application or web services, network issues, firewall requests, telephone inquiries, or project-related needs, please continue to initiate service requests through the Technology Assistance Center (TAC). Requests can be made by the following methods:
- Call the TAC at x1046
- Email ithelp@nps.edu
- Submit a ticket through the online portal
The TAC remains your centralized resource for all non-AV-related IT support at NPS.
